Eligibility Assessment

To become an NDIS participant, you must meet certain eligibility criteria. To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa and be between ages 7 to 65 years old. The person’s functional capacity, support needs, and how the disability impacts their daily life are considered in the assessment process.

Planning and Meeting

Becoming an NDIS participant involves meeting with an NDIS representative to discuss your goals and needs, and develop a plan for the supports and services required. This plan will be reviewed regularly to ensure that it continues to meet your needs.

Developing Your Plan
