Community Participation

Our Community Participation service is designed to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate in community-based activities and events. Our team of experienced support workers work with participants to develop their social skills and enhance their community involvement through a range of activities, such as sports, arts and crafts, community events, and volunteering.
Our goal is to provide participants with a safe and supportive environment where they can develop their skills, build their confidence, and make meaningful connections with others in their community. We tailor our services to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant, ensuring that they are able to engage in activities that are meaningful and enjoyable to them.
Our Community Participation service is available to NDIS participants who have funding for social and community participation. We work closely with participants, their families, and support networks to develop a plan that outlines their goals and interests. We also collaborate with local community groups and organizations to provide a diverse range of activities and opportunities for our participants.
Through our Community Participation service, we aim to help individuals with disabilities to develop greater independence, self-esteem, and social connections. By providing meaningful opportunities for community participation, we can help our participants to live their lives to the fullest and achieve their goals.
