Group/ Centre Activities

Group-Centre Activities is a community-based program delivered in a local venue. Our staff helps participants create a safe and inclusive environment where they can engage in activities that are tailored to their interests, abilities, and goals.

The activities can vary depending on the interests of the group and may include social outings, art and craft sessions, cooking classes, exercise and fitness programs, music and dance sessions, and other recreational activities. Our staff also focuses on teaching and developing skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making, which can be transferable to other areas of life.

The benefits of our Group-Centre Activities service are numerous. Participants have the opportunity to socialise, make new friends, and develop important life skills. Engaging in physical activities also promotes physical fitness and improves overall health and well-being. The service also provides a break for carers, who can feel reassured that their loved one is in a safe and supportive environment.

Group-Centre Activities service provides a valuable opportunity for individuals with disabilities to participate in meaningful activities that promote social interaction, skill development, and community engagement. The service is delivered in a safe and inclusive environment by experienced professionals and can offer much-needed respite for carers.
