Epitome Care has Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancies in Orange, NSW. We are a registered NDIS provider, and we are looking for participants who want to live as independently as possible in a comfortable, well-supported home.

Support in the home
- Trained support workers, with rostered support matched to your NDIS plan
- Help with personal care, meals, medication prompts and household tasks

- Community access: help to get out into the community, keep up hobbies and see friends and family
- High intensity and complex supports available where needed
