Epitome Care provides high intensity daily personal activities for NDIS participants with complex health needs, in Orange and across the Central West of NSW. Support is delivered at home, in our Supported Independent Living homes and in the community.
How we deliver complex care safely
- Each participant has a support plan built around their health needs, developed with their treating health professionals
- Support workers are trained and assessed as competent for each high intensity support before they deliver it
- Tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, complex bowel care and subcutaneous injections are delivered by qualified Registered Nurses, or by support workers trained and supervised by our RNs, through our community nursing service
- Clear escalation and emergency procedures for each participant
